I was working on an H1B visa and I resigned from that company before I landed in Canada
and have been here for a month. My US company has not revoked my H1 and is willing to re
hire me. When I crossed the border, I gave my I-94 to the canada immigration. When I
called the US immigration, they said, if i have the copy of my H1b approval and a letter
from my US employer they would grant me a new i 94, if the officer think reasonable. My
question is, has anyone gone thru this situation and does anyone know the chances of
getting thru the immigration.
