Cut to the chase: the only way you can move to the US is by getting a company to sponsor you or by having your existing international employer with offices in the US transfer you over. No company will sponsor you unless you have a very specialised skill/higher education/many years of experience and can offer the company something that a local person can't.

Except it isn't. If they have access to enough capital they could get an E-2 visa fairly easily to run a business.
