Default teacher sponsorship

Hi,
just wondering if anyone on here has managed to get sponsorship through a high school or education board. I trained in Scotland as a Business/Computer Studies secondary teacher, have taught in both colleges and university but do not have a PhD just a Masters in Ed. I got certified in Arizona as high school business teach. Willing to work anywhere in Arizona although I know some states also accept their certification. We presently live in Ontario, Canada so I can fly down at pretty short notice for interviews or do them via Skype/messenger.

Any guidance or suggestions would be appreciated

Try Inner City locations for State Schools, they always have high turnover, probably Public Schools are a better bet. Do you qualify for a TN?

unfortunately high school teachers do not qualify for the TN visa only college and university. Had hoped to get an academic counselling position in one or other as they sometimes teach one course although it is quite often not an academic credit course - not sure if that makes a difference. You still though need the job offer to get the TN visa.
will keep applying and keep hoping.
