Hi, ALL:

An attorney is filing the RIR request to State Labor Dept. On the Fedex Express envelop,
do I need put a label something like "RIR Request Enclosed"? According to the material I
read, I need to. But the lawyer says "no". A label of "RIR" can help?

Also my salary is not high. I think I need to include a Preveailing wage request so that
they will not ask back for salary. This will save some processing time. But my laywer also
says "no". How I deal this also? Thanks.
