Overstayed on ESTA - Can I now return?
Hi,
I traveled to the US in the June of 2015 for 3 months. I returned to the UK for a month and went back out for 4 months (overstayed on ESTA by about 30 days). I returned to the UK in February 2016.
It's now been over a year. What are the chances of be being accepted for a B2 visa as I wish to fly back out this summer.
Thanks,
B

None if you don't apply, but the recent overstay weighs against you heavily and I don't think you'd get one. Personally I wouldn't think about applying until 3-5 years have passed.

Until you apply, you'll never know for sure.
