Hi all
Wondering if anyone else has had experience of receiving an email from NVC stating *NVC Notice of Missing Item: Please submit Form DS-260* and if so what the background and any resulting delays etc were.
Forms were all submitted online by attorney back in Dec, and supporting documentation pack sent by courier at same time. Email implies supporting documentation pack has been received however either myself of my husband's (it doesn't explicitly name who) is missing.
Attorney will obviously call and try and resolve with NVC tomorrow but keen to hear if this is something anyone else may have experienced and if so if there's any insight/advice you can share.
Visa is an EB1 Green Card. DS260 submitted back on 5th Dec 17.

Things go missing from time to time. Doesn't mean it wasn't sent. Only means that it got separated and not easily found by the agent assigned your case. Attorney will resubmit.

Thanks for quick reply Rete. Just seemed odd to us that the online component is the bit that's gone missing, and the paperwork has safely arrived. Hopefully a quick fix like you say.

Just in case anyone is following or has similar in future - attorney called NVC today who confirmed they do in fact have both DS260's and email was sent in error, which is a relief!
