Looking to move to the US
I am a 34 year old recruitment business owner looking to move to the US. I currently own my home outright and have studied a year in the US in the past on an F1 Visa.
I have a BA(Hons) degree in Business and Marketing, and also have family already in the US but not immediate. My great uncle.
I know its difficult with the whole visa situation but I was hoping for some advice from any fellow brits or US citizens. please

Marriage to a US citizen?
Got $500,000 or more that you can afford to lose?
Those are about your only options. Unless you want to go and work for a company in the U.K. with a US presence and apply for an intra-company transfer.
What you want to do and what you can do are often not on the same page when it comes to immigration.
