No time limit on contacting the embassy, but all they will tell you is that AP is still processing. No details.

Well I have Muhammad and khan in my name.
It took me more than three months last time few years back but not sure if it’s going to worst or any good this time.

Yes the same. No I had an application before in 2014 and it was approved smoothly no issues

Ok that’s good, hopefully quicker for you again.
But for some reason it takes a lot for me as I have dual nationality? This is my first l1b, previous was visit visa.

FYI - It looks like there is a plan to make it for any Visa applicant. I wonder if that would make AP go faster or slower.

I doubt this would have any impact. Do u have any update on the case?

Just an update, got email from Embassy to submit my passport. I hope its a good sign as the CEAC status still shows AP.
