L1a Visa change of office
Hi All,
My L1a visa has been approved and I have the passport in hand!
The company has approached me regarding a change of office with my team come October and if I would be interested now I'm approved - I fly next week!
Has anyone had any experience with this?
My director will be the same as will my team members. They will simply be moving the team from office A in Boston to office B in NYC meaning I would be moving with my team. I'm just concerned if I accept I need to go through a whole new visa application process.
