I cam in on an L1A Blanket, it was relatively pain free and the Lawyers dealt with the wording of what my role entailed to ensure it satisfied the requirements (my penchant would have been to talk about skills etc, but they wanted much more about how I spend my time developing other people). I was asked two questions in the entire process - where do I work and what was my wife's name? I got 50% correct! My company had re-branded in the process and I managed to get myself so nervous before the "interview" that I stumbled using both company names.
