Default Important citizenship question

If one gets citizenship based on the 3 year rule, how soon after the citizenship may such new citizens divorce or apply for a new spouse without running into any problems with USCIS?

Immediately.

However, the fact that you have asked this is a fact that USCIS staff might be interested in. Be aware that some people believe that USCIS reads this forum, so you may want to be careful if you are using your real name.

Thanks for the answer, but there should be nothing to worry about because asking questions does not mean anything wrong, if at all.

Asking a question is just that:asking.

Hi:

I am assuming that you were still living in "maritial union" with your spouse when you applied and naturalized. If that is the case, any time from naturalization and subsequeent divorce until your death. If my presumption is wrong, you won't be in trouble based upon a filing after your death.

Ahh, now we see how he plans to get all the wives over here. Ditch the USC wife and then bring over wife #1 -- divorce #1 and bring over #2, etc. It sorta reminds me of the old logic puzzle in which one has to row the wolves and the sheep to the other side of the river without the sheep becoming wolf chow.
