Apology accepted, but no, it does not.

Read Mr. F's post and mine on page 1...

Believe me, it really is true. My husband travelled twice after filing his I-485. He did not have AP. No problemo. But, as Mr. F pointed out, this only works

"... PROVIDED the H-1b person maintains H-1b status in all other respects -- e.g. working for the same employer, no additional employment, etc etc."
