I am a GC holder, filed I-130 petition for my wife (out-of-status) 5 years ago in NJ to
Vermont Servicing Center. We have moved many times to different states. We just recently
relocated to Kansas City, Mo. I checked with visa bulletin that her priority date is soon
to become current. My question is whether we can file her change-of-status in Kansas City.
