Yes we had bio-metrics last week. We're transitioning from O-1 so lawyer has advised to not travel even though we have applied for AP, unless it's a dire emergency. Doesn't make sense to me that I cant use the AP but I'll follow his advice.

Biometrics went really smoothly, the 3 of us were in and out in half an hour. The receptionist at the York Application Support Center said they are running at double the normal workload at the moment, so 80 people a day rather than the usual 40. Apparently Philadelphia usually handles about 400 a day so I hate to think how busy they are!

We received email from our attorney that EAD and AP cards are in production. I did look at the processing times and EVERYTHING is reading July 28, 2016 for all service centers and all categories! Error?!

Great to hear that your EAD/AP cards are in production, still waiting for progress on ours. I'll look again at the service center dates next week in the hope that the glitch will have been fixed.

21 Dec 2016: I-797 NoA showing approval of I-140 and I-140 Priority date of 15 Dec 2015
26 Dec 2016: Receipt notices received for all submitted forms other than I-140
30 Dec 2016: Biometrics letters received for 3 x US resident applicants
10 Jan 2017: Biometric appointments, York PA
14 Feb 2017: Son's AP/EAD approved
17 Feb 2017: Son's AP/EAD card mailed

Excellent. It's moving quickly. My husband hasn't had notice of his EAD/AP yet. Our lawyer says this is quite normal - that the dependents get theirs first and then the scenario appears to reverse for the I-485. His may be approved several days or a week ahead of mine.

Which type of EB-1 did you apply for? We are EB-1A via Nebraska Service Center, you were via Texas Service Center?

Thank you - it has been a roller coaster. At times during our 10 year path, neither of us had a visa to live here, apart from the dog of course.

We've just ticked past the 6 month mark, not expecting approval for a while either as Nebraska are processing EB-1C at a snails pace at the moment

We had an INFOPASS appt today as every time the lawyers chase we get the same "wait 60 days". Didn't really help much but the guy said he will submit a SEVIS/SERVIS? Request and that should get us a response? Just hope the response isn't the same as the last 4 times - "wait 60 days" Its been 17 months!
My husband and I got our EAD/AP cards before Christmas, but the kids paper travel only versions haven't arrived yet (received in Oct 2016) They had them before but they expired in Oct 2016.
At least we got the L1 petition extended to 2019 last week but visas need renewing next which with kids and school is tricky. The wait continues.
