I am filing and I-485 package (including the 1-130 G-325A and the I-864) Along with the
package I am also sending a I-131 (advance parole) and I-765 (EAD). Does anyone know how
many photos of the immigrant and how many of the spouse are required if submitting all the
forms at once?

I got a little cheat-sheet from the INS office with the number but I can't remember off
the top of my head. Anyway, the forms list which photos you need - though you can ignore
the I-765 because they end up taking a photo directly onto the EAD when you go to collect
the EAD. If you are filing in person you can just take a bunch and they'll check they
have enough.

Some offices still mail EADs, for example Vermont. In that case you have to submit 2
photos with I-765.

I attached an envelope with appropriate number of photos to each form separately.

If you want to see my package, it's here:

Andy, What else do you need to pick up your EAD? My soon to be husband doesn't have a
passport or driver's license. The only identification he has is a certified birth
certificate (from Mexico) and his college photo ID? Will that be enough? I plan on going
with him to pick it up and i can sign something to swear he is my husband. Will they
accept that? Thank you in advance.

Sincerely,

Sandy

I'm afraid I don't have a good answer for you but hopefully the college ID will be good
enough. But take along stuff with his address on it too as they want to check your current
address matches.

Andy.

Some of the stuff I mailed were originals: birth certificates and marriage certificate.
For those, I can get more originals (or, should I say, official copies).

Yes, I mailed separate checks. I'm not saying that's necessary. I just thought it was
better/safer that way. What do you gain by writing one check?

Also, I used personal checks, so that it was easy for me to verify when they were cashed.

I sent one check for each application (separate check).

BUT INS messed it up, they lost one of my check and return all applications and said (try
blame on me) I didn't sent the fee for one of the application.

The bad thing about INS, it took them 2 weeks to send those applications back and tell you
that you missed something. I LOST 2 WEEKS FOR NOTHING BECAUSE OF INS SLOPPINESSSS!

Advice: If it's possible, just go to your local INS office, Have them check all the
attachments, copies of proof and fees. I should have done this.

Matches the address you've put on the AOS forms (specifically the I-765 form).
