So basically I would be better off all-round sticking with the BA

To the people with experience of WES? any idea how good they are at finding transcripts from places that have closed/changed?
My degree incoporated credit from a 2 year full time certificate accredited by the Council for National Awards, they are now gone and I dont know how to get transcripts. I have transcripts from the university but they only show three years part time. just wondering if its worth paying the money?
