H1B to Green Card procedure
Hi,
I have currently an H1B.
Do I have to file again an I-140 ? And an ETA-750 ?
What is the path to follow to go from an H1B visa to a Green Card?

There is no relationship between the H1-B
and the green card. To get an employment-
based green card, you need to get labor
certification, then submit an I-140 and
an I-485.
