H1 extension - query
hi again,
My H1 extension was approved and is valid till 2019 I just wanted to ask when I next go to the UK and have to go to the embassy for the visa stamp to return
Just wanted to ask apart from the I797 and the usual DS160 etc what else should I take? Paystubs?
Also I will be applying for the EB2-NIW am hoping that submitted application shouldnt affect the visa renewal?

Copy of the I-129, and either paystubs or bank statements. No issues with the EB2-NIW, you will have to disclose it in the DS 160.

Where is the open thread please? Am just preparing the petition so not submitted yet.
It seems very variable how long it takes to get approved
I am basing the petition on citations and research work mainly
