I am holding F-1 OPT visa now and it will expire at the end of may I am working on A
company. They are going to apply the H1-b visa for me. I just wondering while I am waiting
my H1-B visa, B company hire me and they will apply H1-b for me also.
Can I transfer to B company while I am waiting the visa? Can B company re-apply H1-B for
me if A company already submitted my application to INS?
