Default Green Card Lottery - Winners at AmericanDream.de

Hi there,

is anybody here who has experiences with AmericanDream specially
somebody who did win the Green Card over them?

On their website repsectively within the comments they tell that this
year approx. 800 applicants won by ordering via AmericanDream.

Any informations and hint are really appreciate.

Thanks, Mike

Why would anybody use some company to apply? Most of these companies are scams
that take your money and don't send your application in.
The visa lottery is free, and it is easy to apply.

what exactly is your question?

American Dream (if you are referring to the german company) is supposed to be one of the few reputable companies. (No, I have nothing to do with them and don't receive any comissions).

I agree with Joe that it's not necessary to use such a company for the lotterie. it's an easy process.

Thank you all for your comments.

You are all right, normally you don't have to use a Green Card agency.
And this year we'll do it by ourself. We did it the last years due to
convenience.

The question I have is: has anybody personally experiences with
AmericanDream? During all years we never had the possibility to contact
a person who did win the GC via AmericanDream. And we are interested
about the support AmericanDream offers in the case of win.

The 2nd thing is that we hat a consulting by AmericanDream to process
H1B visa and sent them translated documents but neither we got an
answer nor they sent back the docs after request.

Best regards
Mike

This community might have some members who won the DV via AD:

American dream offers "Auswanderungsberatung" as well as "visaberatung". I'm not sure about their complete list of service, but they can NOT process H1B visas. To get a H1B visa, you need to have a US employer who petitions for you. Not sure, how AD comes into play with this. Nothing they can do...
