It is perfectly possible for more than one country to record you as being resident for tax purposes. This should be avoided if at all possible as it is likely to result in a tax mess which may be difficult and expensive to unravel.

Pulaski, It's a trading stoke and CFD trading is not allowed in the US as much as I know. The business is a limited IT consultancy which I have no problem closing down before March.
It just means during the time of entry (tomorrow) and moving for good around mid march I just need to be sure to declare. That was what I didn't want to go through but looks like I have no option.

I will take your suggestions, never done me no wrong in the past guys. I will activate CR-1 at POE and go through finances with a proper accountant.
