ESTA Eligibility question...
Am filling out the ESTA forms for a holiday to Hawaii and am stuck on one question. My daughter is Epileptic. When they ask 'Do you have a physical or mental disorder?' does USCBP consider Epilepsy to be a mental disorder? I don't but I'm not them and I'm not prepared to lie to them even by mistake but if I click yes a pop up asks 'Did you mean to click yes?' and the FAQ don't help me.
Any of you guys know please?

No. Absolutely not. That's for people who have a USPHS Class A health condition, which is usually someone who is an addict, contagious or may be a danger to themselves or others.
