E2 - London waiting time?
Does anyone have any idea how long the waiting time is for interview from London?
Our lawyer applied last Tuesday (Nov 4) and wondered how long it would be until we were contacted with interview dates?

No problem. I'll let you know if we hear anything. Anyone else waiting / heard back recently?

Hi pjh19 - we have heard back and are going for our interview next week - what about you?
I'm now going to research the forum for Spouse questions - my wife owns the business, so she's prepped, but I'm a little unsure if what they'll ask me

This is a good thread in the sense of that people reported their own recent experiences. In other words, no idle speculation.
That said, the acronym of "YMMV" [your mileage may vary] should be kept in mind.
I'm also impressed that the attorney admitted she didn't really know the answer to "how long?" All too few attorneys are unwilling to admit to that. I know that when I was in practice I learned to say "My experience is ..., but otherwise I really don't know how long YOUR case will take."

Re: E2 - London waiting time?
For anyone reading this thread in the future, here's how it all happened:
- Applied in London October 24th
- Received request for additional info in Novemeber
- Accepted application in early December and scheduled interview for Jan 15th
- Went for interview, answered a couple of very straightforward questions and my passport arrived back 6 days later.
Overall it was a really easy process. Good luck if you're just getting into it.

Can I ask what type of business you invested in and got the visa for?

It's a UK business opening a new office in the states... A sister company if you like. The visa was for me and another colleague as executives. Hope that helps.
