I did last week in Sydney. I had a whole bunch of documents with me sent by the attorney but I (quite naively given my first visa interview) didn't give any of the documents to the VO.

Here is how it all went.

- Is this your first E3?
- Where are you going?
- What does this company do?
- What do you do?
- What are your qualifications?
- What will you be doing there?
- Where do you work in Sydney?
- How did you find the job?
- Have you ever met this person?
- Will they send you to a client destination?

OK your visa is approved, expect your passport within 5 bd.

did they ask, if you have made any living (accommodation) arrangements

Also, does it matter if the job joining date is too close after the interview

or what if, I get an interview schedule date after the joining date, how does it matter?

Thanks

No, that is not an issue. Almost everyone gets an interview after joining date. They did ask how long will you stay there and what will you do after that? What are your plans after two years? hmmm...

Does the certified LCA which we present at the time of interview, need to be signed by the employer as well.
Section K in certified LCA "Declaration of Employer"

Thanks

Did they tell you it is approved? Did they tell you when you will receive that as well? It will be only 2 days if they said that.

Thanks for the quick reply e3geek

I was said it is approved and expect your passport in one week time, was there anything else I should have done or asked them once they said it is approved
Also is there a way to check or track the status of passport delivery

Thanks

They will send you an email about the status of your passport. The email arrived after the passport though in my case.
