E-2 Visa Real Estate and Solicitors in UK
Hi everyone,
I would like to hear from anyone that applied for the E-2 Treaty Visa (qualifying with a Real Estate Business). I understand that it's not sufficient to buy a house or any other passive REI and expect to get the Visa. My intention is to be active in the Real Estate field (Property Development and Property Management).
Also,
Could anyone recommend a good solicitor in London that has a good success rate with E-2 applications?
