Downloaded forms again (London Consulate)

Does anyone have any recent experince of using downloaded forms for the K1 visa at the
London consulate? The consulate's website used to say applicants could download the forms
and send them in, but it's changed recently.
Also, does anyone know of any sites that have fillable versions of the forms needed?
(OF-230-I, OF-156 and OF-156K)
