Defined PWR from DOL
Does anyone know how long its currently taking to get the prevailing wage from the department of Labor? I've waited 3 months and been told it should be here soon but theres no date. I read somewhere it should take around 2 months. Does it depend on what state you live in or it gets files in?
Thanks

Re: Defined PWR from DOL
tried that - both attorney and employer is saying we need to wait more as it hasnt been receivd. I assume they have logged in to check (otherwise why make the comment) but I dont know them that well so dont know if they are actually pushing this through on their side with urgency or not. With the trackit site saying 2 month average wait time right now, its even more annoying ...
