change of status to F2
Well I enter USA on B1 visa.I have already received my visa extension
on same status.Recently I got married and she is on F1.Now I am
thinking of changing my status to F2.Is it possible to change into F2
from usa or I have to get back to my country for filing F2.
As far as finalcial and official documents are concern, both ends seems
comfortable as she has a job in her department.
Thank you for your concern.

You may apply to change your status to F-2 in the U.S. using form I-539
as long as your I-94 hasn't expired and your wife is maintaining F-1
status.
This is not legal advice. I am not your attorney. Send any follow up
inquires to [email protected]. I do not check the newsgroup for follow
ups.
