I have had green card for two years. I have had a change of address :
How do I notify INS of change of address ?
( Imean which from and where do I get the form from ) how soon do I have to notify INS ?

Do you have to notify the INS when you move if you're a permanent resident?

Technically, yes, although in reality INS couldn't care less. The form is AR-11, and it
routinely gets lost by INS.
