The USA has been effectively closed to most of us as a destination for migration for many years. That message has not got through to the Great British Public who are still mesmerised by the images of the US they see on TV

I blame Eastenders. People who work behind a bar or in a nail salon just "move to America" without going through any paperwork, without even setting foot inside the US embassy. All they do is buy a ticket, have a farewell party and go.

Quite a number of people do actually come to America that way.

Why do you think that can only be achieved in the most difficult country to immigrate to? Can it not be achieved in the U.K.? I had Avery nice life in the U.K. Many people do. As mentioned, there are plenty of countries you can try. No visa required. And they can offer "a nice life".
My definition of a nice life would be more paid time off from work so that I could travel more. The USA is one of the worst choices for that. Scandinavia would be much better.

Read that link and come back with THE VISA(S) you believe you qualify for, then there can be a serious discussion.

Why do you feel you have to move to a foreign country, a place where you have no family (based on your posts) and no knowledge of what life is even like there to achieve that?

"not governed by governments anymore"
The Federal Government in the USA might disagree with you on that They make the rules about who gets in and how.

Not bad. You demonstrate that job title and duties can make a difference. OP's use of generic "carpenter" will not get very far.

Why not is the question more so were drawn to the place from other sources which i need not mention. Because iv got ambition and drive and I want to succeed in life not be someone who sits back and watches the world go by. Iv already been to australia and didnt like it so im moving on to my next adventure i believe theres a perfect place out there for everyone and I'm free and not governed by governments anymore
It might be just as well though. Because if you don't like the UK and you didn't like Australia, well there's a pattern emerging there and you'd probably be unhappy wherever you end up.
