Can I form a LLC while on H1B status?
I work for a company that sponsors me on a H1B visa and have no intention of
leaving them.
However I would very much also like to form a LLC company and sell some software - is
this legal?
I know I can form the LLC - I am just not sure whether INS would have issues with it.
If the LLC doesnt pay me as such is it then ok?
*CONFUSED* - any help / input much appreciated!!

You are allowed to set up the LLC, but if you start working there or managing that
company while in the U.S., you would require work authorization and a different
immigration status.
