Default E3 Extensions being rejected in 2009?

I have filed for my E3 extension, I hear several stories of H1B's being rejected in a large number. Any such issues with E3? Do any one of you know E3's extensions getting approved or rejected in 2009?

Please let me know, it would help settle a few nerves.

thanks in advance.

Since H-1B visas are not E-3 visas, I think you have your answer.
