Can I use passport stamps as Entry date to USA and entry stamp at departure country for USA exit, to prove the physical presence of Grand parent. Are these passport stamps enough?

By themselves, no.

Instructions Part 5 says
"Provide all the dates when the biological or adoptive US. citizen father, mother or grandparent was in the United states. Include all dates from the parent's or grandparent's birth until the present"...

As we have to prove that Grandparent's physical presence for 5 years...then why do we need to put all dates when grandparent was in USA....

Why? To help support your claim that they were in the US for 5 years. Don't try to make sense out of chaos... it's just a question.

Sorry, as per requirement we have to prove Grand parent's presence for 5 years but as per instructions of part 5, it seems we have to put all dates when grandparent was in USA...as i don't have all dates so can't put dates for 30 years so I don't understand exactly what is the requirement?

Yes - this is the part you have to prove.

Yes - but you don't have to prove this part, only indicate when they were in the US.

It's hard to understand your question....

They want to make sure that there is proof of 5 years of total residence in the USA, with at least two of the years being after age 14. So they will look first for that in any list you give them of grandparent US residence times....

I thought what you describe above is for a USC parent, not grandparent....?

Parent is USC as parent is not fullfilling the criteria of physical presence, so that needs to be borrowed from Grand parent.

Either way, give them proof of the USC grandparent's presence in the US for 5 years and give them a list of all times the USC's grandparent has been in the US (to the best of your ability).

It doesn't matter that you'll be repeating the information - if you want this to be successful, give them what they ask for. You aren't required to understand why they want it.

Yes. If USC parent cannot fulfill the US residency requirement to transmit USC to overseas born child, & USC grandparent has the required US residency, those years CAN be used. The N600-K is for either parent's or grandparent's US residency years, whoever has enough provable US years, i.e. 5 yrs total with 2 yrs after age 14. The USC parent applies but the residency years can be from either generation. So strange but true!
