Thought I would pop in and say hello to anyone who still remembers me.

We are still back in the UK and not thinking of returning to WA.

Things worked out well for us when we came back to Scotland 6 years ago - yes 6 years ago[B]

I miss some friends from WA - but we keep in touch. I love being home with all my "kids" close at hand.

We bought a lovely rural property 25 miles from our old place pre- WA days.

Hubby struggled to find work in WA but when his old customers heard he was back in the UK they started demanding he set up in business again. I was lucky enough to get a job back where I worked before.

We will never regret living in Australia - it was an adventure but we love being home.

It's lovely to hear from you Jan! So pleased that you have settled back in, sounds like you've found the perfect place for you! Never have regrets, our experiences are what make us what we are, and at least you went for it and realised that for you, there's no place like home!
