Home Loan Interest Rates Sept 2014
As of today the Reserve Bank has left the Cash Rate unchanged which means that Home Loan Rates will remain steady.
Current interest rates are around 5.9% for a Standard Variable rate and 5.3 % for a Basic Rate. Fixed Rates can be as low as 4.8 % presently.
You can normally save many $$$$ or knock years off by changing your loan structure and/or the interest rate!!!
