They have a great opportunity for a Development Team Lead SPP to join their team based in its growing Dublin office.
This role is offered as a permanent full-time role reporting to the Content Architect. The Development Team Lead, Shared Publishing Platform is responsible for guiding and supporting the SPP development team, intelligently trading off scope, cost and time to deliver products and capabilities in support of business objectives. This role will also be responsible for representing the technical vision and integrity of the shared publishing platform to core stakeholders across the company. It will liaise closely with the Content Architecture team and business owners to manage priorities, scope and dependencies and enable cross-functional capabilities that underpin wider publishing platform initiatives.

Experience working within budgets, deadlines and key metrics.
Strong written, verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Action oriented person who gets things done: able to juggle multiple projects and priorities to deliver lasting, value-creating change.
Experience with the definition and implementation of agile processes and disciplines.
Experience of managing people and / or teams of developers desirable.
Experience of product management and portfolio management desirable.
