Turkey
Hi
Are there any ex-pats out there who have moved to Turkey.
Property and cost of living look so cheap but not sure if its the right place for a permanent move. Have been looking at Fethiya but no golf courses for the hubby, although that might be a good thing.

There are many brits living in the Fethiye area. There are golf courses to be found in the belek area.
The cost of living is low.

Northern Cyprus would be worth looking into, especially as there might be a political deal with the south. It's politically isolated, but seeing how overdeveloped the south has become (and overpriced- CY£1 is £1.20 sterling) best to get in there quick.

Yes Northern Cyprus is a lovely place. There are plenty of brits living there - especially in the Kyrenia area. I have heard that property has gone sky high now that a settlement may be insight.
