Default buying in Turkey

Hi

Just found your forum and wondered if you could give me some advice.

I am considering buying a property in Turkey (Bodrum Peninsula/Altinkum Area) for holiday/investment purposes.

I am flying out to Turkey hopefully in October to meet up with some agents.

The agents I am considering are

Property Republic,Sunshine Turkish Homes,Churchills and Sunny Homes Turkey.I am also thinking of speaking to ASEM direct who are a local development company.

My budget is around £35,000 and I wanted to know if any of you had had dealings with the above companies and if so did you find the company trustworthy and reliable

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Regards
