Like I mentioned the family I spoke to said they made it work with this amount....however it's not for all as it depends on your circumstances & want & needs I presume
They are renting furnished at present and only bought a cheap 2nd car and bits n bobs from yard sales / 2nd hand furniture shops to tide them over till they get PR then see what they decide after that.
