It does beg an interesting question, what sort of self defence plan do you have for you and your family when going to the Movies?

Well, in reality (ignoring, for now, the fact that we rarely, if ever actually go to the cinema) we don't have one.

I don't have a FOID card, let alone a concealed carry license so I suppose "run like f***" ...

My kids are carrying. The two year old's aim is a little erratic but he gets by.

I'm going to take pre-emptive action next time and blanket fire the entire screen room with a large machine gun before taking my seat. Yeah, it'll be messy but at least I won't get shot

You might hit the screen though, then there would be an annoying hole, possibly spoiling your enjoyment of the film.

Also reduce prices. They still make me at least want to lightly stab someone, if not actually shoot them.
