Well that's the traditional stuff over with
Precursor: We had our legal ceremony back in November, the day after I arrived in the states.
We had our second wedding this past week local here in NC and had a good few family and friends fly in for the occasion.
Given it was a mainly outdoor occasion I'm glad that the weather held up. It was 78+ before it cooled down in the evening. This worked out nicely for an evening wedding.
8 shuttles backwards and forth to CLT later and the apartment is back to being quiet again.
Back to reality on Monday at 7:45am.

No honeymoon planned. We are in the middle of a home purchase that is sucking up cash right now.
Perhaps a trip in the coming years under the guise of a honeymoon.

Awww, happy second wedding! Sounds like it was fun...but it's always nice when these big events end successfully & everyone finally heads home.

Oh definitely. We were just saying this earlier.
It was crazy driving home today. It's also not helped by those that like to drive 5mph when it is anything other than sunshine.
