Green & Black's Organic chocolate -- the 85% dark, spiced chili, ginger . . . love them all! Lindt does a nice dark chocolate with sea salt.

I use a DVR as well, it makes a difference. Honestly though, I couldn't give a shit what they do regarding the TV license back in the UK.

I love that you can stream BBC Radio 2... I bought a 1kg bar of Dairy Milk back from the UK and only just noticed that it's now "made in the EU". How can Kraft make it elsewhere and it still taste so good, but Hershey's make Dairy Milk taste so bad?

They put some lasting ingredient in it to keep it fresher longer I think, or something like that. Either way, it tastes like junk.

OK here's a thought, is it possible to get Toblerone? No substitute for this for me.

You can get those easily, and they're imported from Switzerland (rather than made in the US like Lindt). They were on sale at Peapod recently for a nice price!

I'm not massively bothered about that. Cadbury stopped using palm oil years ago anyway. That reason is not relevant to why their chocolate formula is changed for the American market.

Aldi have some amazing chocolate, I believe it is made in Germany.

For the cheap end of choc, it is miles better than Hershey's...higher end stuff is different, but then you pay for it too.

I will admit that, as much as I loved dairy milks and yorkies, I have found that as long as I stay away from the Hershey bars, I don't mind the local chocolate that much. Not all of it has the butyric acid in it.

On principle, I agree. It usually depended on my mood which I preferred. I am partial to Mars chocolate in general though. Their Easter eggs were always my favorite.
