I can think of all sorts of realistic risks inherent in a Trump presidency, but "Making legal aliens all sell their houses" is not one of them.
I can envisage that the proposed repeal of the Dodd-Frank Act could create the conditions for a repeat of the 2008 real estate crisis, affecting citizens as much as non-citizens, but that's a very different situation.
