Coffee needs cream, not "creamer".

I do agree, at least certainly for that first cup in the morning. I've taken a sip of Husband's coffee by mistake before (he uses Sweet'n Low and creamer) and all but flatlined as a result!

^^ This. I started weaning myself off sugar about 3-4 years ago and largely stick to the main W's - Water & Wine Tea without sugar tastes great anyhow, And I've even managed it with most coffees (albeit that was a slow process)*.

* = I'm aware that PSL is full of crap even if you don't add sugar but its seasonal and I never said I was perfect... I'm also aware that certain wines will naturally have sugar in them.

I'm a Sweet'N'Low and creamer guy myself. I'm the only coffee drinker in the house so I flex my Keurig muscle every morning! I but the 1500 packet box of Sweet'N'Low from Sam's, which lasts several years.

I also drink caffeine free Diet Coke as my soda of choice.

So please don't preach at me. There's so many warnings, even breathing has its dangers!

Me too. Though I only drink coffee at work so I don't have that much.

I'll drink just about any variety of diet/Zero pop but I also drink at least a gallon of water every day so I usually don't have room for too many.

Stick to diet because if I'm going to drink calories, it's going to be fruit juice or beer

Did you know that 100% of people who come into contact with water in their lifetime will die?

But yeah, other than the occasional bar of chocolate when I really want one, I get just most of my sugar from apples. At least two a day, often four, I love them. I don't want to live in a world where apples are considered 'bad'.

Apparently free radicals within the air we breathe is what causes ageing. It's a proven fact that stopping the breathing process also stops the ageing process - permanently

It's well known that people use made up statistics to push forward their agenda's. 87% of people know that

We have one in work, which is fine here because it avoids the risk of having to drink stale coffee or the hassle of refilling the pot because you want one cup, but I have to think it'd be a waste of money having one at home, when you consider the price of the K cups.

Especially since I only drink tea at home anyway. But here in work, it's the dog's danglies, convenience wise.

This is very true. Incredibly effective as well.

I'm under no illusion about the fact that my glass of water was probably once someone's piss at one point.
