I haven't heard an Englishman, Irishman and Scotsman joke for such a long time. Do they still exist? I would assume they are non PC.

I call it St Patrick's Day (which is it's name), but the correct way to abbreviate Patrick is, of course, Paddy. Anyone who says 'Patty' (the abbreviated form of Patricia) is just wrong.
I'll go one further. Whoever calls it Patty's day is an eejut!!!!! Patrick, Paddy or Pat! How hard is it?!?!?! (I've lost count how many people I've corrected on the internet today, I really do need to let it go LOL)

I wanted to say eejit, but I figured I'd used up all my Irish slang privileges with 'feckin' gobshite'

Saints and begorrah, you're right though.

Top of the mornin' to you, as VP Pence said. On a similar vein Mrs Brown has a new series on Saturday nights, more of a variety show, but with the same characters and guests..

I've just realized Patty's day IS a thing! It's different to Paddy's day. Patty's day for some reason seems to be associated with 4 leaf clovers!

Think yourselves lucky, we have it twice here in State College. As the university carefully plan spring break to coincide with 17th March the students celebrate early to make sure they don't miss out, so we have State Patty's Day and St Patrick's Day. 50,000 inebriated students make driving downtown quite tricky!

It's neither. It's St Patrick's Day and if you're not fricking Irish stop fricking 'celebrating' it. Honestly naffs me off.
