Poking around this morning for a quote he made about cost-per-lb targets, but damned if I can find it. It was super low though.
Have to wonder what Ariane are thinking too, never mind NASA. The 5 is a bit of a dead end I think, tech-wise?

BFR has one first stage, but I think two different upperstage options, or maybe three, 1.) a passenger carrier, 2.) a big-ass fuel tanker, 3.) A shuttle like deliverer to orbit.
