Ebola vaccine is 'potential game-changer' - BBC News
A vaccine against the deadly Ebola virus has led to 100% protection and could transform the way Ebola is tackled, preliminary results suggest.
There were no proven drugs or vaccines against the virus at the start of the largest outbreak of Ebola in history, which began in Guinea in December 2013.
The World Health Organization (WHO) said the findings, being published in the Lancet, could be a "game-changer".
Experts said the results were "remarkable".
Maybe we'll all stop being asked if we've been to west Africa when we go to the clinic now..............

I was asked when I went for my MRI last month, I was quite surprised they were still asking.

We get a phone call before our appointment to confirm we haven't travelled to Ebola regions.

Wow - has it been that long!? What IS going on with Ebola these days? Last I recall, Republican Governors were trying to outdo each other in terms of plans to lock up healthcare providers who visited such regions!
