The Press Trust of India reported the court as saying Pepsi had failed in its duty towards its customers by failing to take action against people passing off inferior products as Pepsi. They then fined a man 200000 rupess for failing to take action against a thief who stole his car saying he has failed in his duty towards the bloke in the subsequent crash
