Not a fan, I take it?

Would have been interesting for them to have used Niki Lauda for a commercial though, since he always has the word Parmalat emblazoned on him somewhere everywhere he goes.

He lead the 66 Indy 500 for all but 10 laps - was a commentator for ABC Sports for donkey's years and a very outspoken advocate for F1 safety (during which he was highly and justifiably critical of a number of North American circuits and safety/medical provisions).

He's probably the best known British driver/personality of his and later generations, more so, arguably, than Jim Clark and Graham Hill.

Lauda is good to have around just for entertainment purposes, Stuart is good for... nothing?

Such a shame about Hunt. One of the last real characters, I feel.

Good for advertising beer, apparently

I have no strong feelings about Stewart either way, of course.

Him and Mansell's moustache.
Moustache aside, Mansell is an insuferrable cock. I remember delivering heavy plant to his Exmouth golf course on several occasions in the mid 90's and the bloke was always a twat making my life awkward.

For a little excitement, try a centipede crawling over your hand while driving enthusiastically over a narrow riad in a cloud forest on top of a mountain...

We arent talking about sone winty temperate creature, a 9 inch orange and red tropical monster, its pincers will latch on, and not let go even if you cut its head off. It wont kill you but you’ll be on tramadol/diamorphine for 48 hours because of the pain from toxins it injects. You just carry on very smoothly and hope, then asap stop, jump out, checking it hasnt dropped to your errm lap, and stamp on the buxxer repeatedly... It wont dent/kill it, but it’ll probably get out of the truck...

Does anyone here have a 2500 Silverado 4x4 crewcab short box pickup, years 2007.5 - 2010?
Looking for fuel economy figures for both the diesel and petrol versions. Can't decide whether it is worth going for the duramax.

Always struck me as one of the most entertaining in the car and a bit of a twunt outside of it.

Similar to this, I don't understand peoples obsession with Kimi Raikonnen.

He's an absolute tool inside and outside the car. I met him at a motocross race in France a few years ago, he was with an ex-Liverpool football player (I can't remember the name) the footballer was very nice... Kimi was a complete twat.

That's not uncommon. I mean, it's not like Senna or Prost were taking each other out for dinner after each race or anything.

On the other hand, Schumi always seemed like a pretty nice bloke off the track but was about a competitive as one can be inside the car. He was also the GOAT of course, so he got a pass there.

Mansell's moustache always seemed ok. Just the guy it rode around on most of the time was a little off.
