Hi
I posted a few times yesterday and I’m still not sure how things work (my first time on a forum)
I thought I’d try to break the ice (I’m shy in person and in text)!!

We moved to New Jersey in 1996...company transfer. Four years ago we moved to Toronto...hubby took early retirement so we moved to be near daughter and granddaughter.

I'm not a Brit and won't bore you with why I'm on BE as an American married to a Canadian. We currently live in Mississippi, the land of humidity, snakes, bugs, and southern drawls. Originally and still in my heart am and always will be a New Yorker.
I have many friends in AZ and they all like living there for the most part. You will probably enjoy it as well.

Well since you asked "where are you from" in the first post, not where are you now as the title suggests .... me, and the other best ones on here are from Bristol.
